The Strange Animals Of The Triassic

The Triassic period was a strange time that came between two huge mass extinction events. 

Creatures that appeared during this time looked a whole lot like animals from the modern era, but they are actually not really related to them. 

Some reasons for this have to do with the way evolution works and the distinct time that this event happened.
