Ryer, a North American River OtterRyer is a North American River Otter and he is very sleepy. 

He is living at the Aquarium of the Bay, a public aquarium in San Francisco, CA.

When his keeper attempts to wake him up he looks about as enthusiastic as I do most mornings, only much more cute!
