Sharks With Buzzsaw Teeth!

IllustrationPaleontology is hard work, because even after the digging is over there comes the even tougher job of identifying what was found. 

When you are dealing with fragments of something that lived millions of years ago you have to use a little imagination to fill in the missing pieces until better specimens or more data can be obtained. 

This video is about a 270 million year old sea creature named Helicoprion that once occupied the waters around the supercontinent of Pangea and the long-running mystery of its strange buzzsaw jaws.
