Susan CainMany people, as many as one in two, are introverts. These people generally are not very social or outgoing. Unfortunately, today's culture seems to reward extroverts and punish introverts.

In this Ted Talk, author and former corporate lawyer/negotiations consultant Susan Cain argues that introverts possess extraordinary talents and abilities, and should be encouraged and even celebrated.
