Dr. Ethel Cooper-Rosen, of Nova Scotia, is fighting back against employers that require their employees to provide "sick notes" in order to return to work after an illness. Dr. Cooper-Rosen believes that this requirement wastes time and money, and needlessly exposes people to illnesses. Dr. Cooper-Rosen has started a new policy that will require employers to pay a $30 fee for every "sick note" that she has to write. A copy of the note she is sending to employers is below. What do you think about this policy? Let us know in the comments.
