Marble machineThe Wintergatan Marble Machine is a strange new musical instrument designed and built by Swedish musician Martin Molin.

Molin began to work on the marble machine in August 2014 and he expected it to take about two months to complete.

3,000 hand fabricated internal parts, 2,000 steel marbles and 14 months later it was mostly finished.

You can follow the actual process of building the machine on YouTube.

Don't expect to see this on stage any time in the near future since it has to be completely disassembled in order to move it.
